My husband and I recently held our wedding at The Cleveland Arcade, and we have nothing but glowing things to say about the experience! First, I want to mention that we had to plan our entire day completely remote, as we live in Dallas, Texas. Allison, our thoughtful coordinator, was an ABSOLUTE DREAM to work with.  If I could give her 100 stars, I would.  She planned, she coordinated, she had expert recommendations, and she answered every question within 24 hours.  Because of the distance, she allowed us to carefully select our tasting and walk through dates well in advance so we could coordinate the trips with already planned travel. The day-of went without a hitch. Allison expertly thought of everything, and was able to address any potential obstacle before it arose. She constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and the entire staff at The Hyatt executed our day to the exact minute.  I wouldn't hesitate to host 10000 other events at the Arcade!  I wish we could do it all over again. I don't even know where to begin on how amazing our wedding at The Arcade was. Sarah and the whole Hyatt staff were incredible to work with, and worked extremely well with our day of coordinator. If anything went wrong that day, we literally had no idea. Everything flowed really well and the Hyatt team had everything down to a science. The biggest thing for us was convenience, as we have older relatives and out of town guests. Having the ceremony and reception the same place our guests were staying was perfect. All of my bridesmaids have also mentioned that it was really nice that we also had the getting ready suite there and it took a lot of stress off without having to travel to multiple locations. We also had a few wedding guests tell us that it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to, and we couldn't agree more! I cannot say enough great things about The Arcade and we are so glad we had our special day there!

With its classic circular shape and stately marble columns, the Euclid Rotunda provides an elegant backdrop for your cocktail hour. Guests will enjoy drinks and appetizers while surrounded by the historic beauty of The Arcade. 

The ornate fixtures, dramatic balconies and grand staircases of The Arcade make it a stunning backdrop for wedding photos. The photo rate is $225++/hour to reserve The Arcade space (photographer not included). The fee is waived if you host your wedding reception at The Arcade. You'll let your Event Manager know what time you would like to reserve. Because the Arcade is a public building during the day, there are limitations. Please inquire with your Event Manager. Sorry, guests without a reservation or pass will not be able to photograph in The Arcade. 

On the Euclid Avenue side of The Arcade is a fabulous, back-lit sweeping staircase that creates a powerful backdrop for a wedding ceremony. The start time for wedding ceremonies is 5:30 PM.

Our setup fee is $750++ for reception only and $1,250++ for reception + ceremony. For a guest list larger than 200, the fee is $1,500++.

Guarantee

A final guarantee is due by 11:00 AM seven (7) business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over this guaranteed number. 

Final Estimated Payment

Final estimated payment in the form of a cashier's check, money order, check, credit card, or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to your event. 

As a courtesy, we are happy to hand out Welcome Letters to your guests upon their arrival at no additional charge should you decide to provide them. 

Gift Bags (Client Provided)

We are happy to deliver gift bags to guestrooms. The following prices apply for gift bag delivery:

Gift Bags cannot be handed out at Front Desk.

Security

Event Security is included. Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchndise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. This includes all vendor equipment on property. 

Parking

Valet Parking is offered and operated by LAZ Parking from the Superior Avenue entrance. Event Parking is $20 and Overnight Parking is $42.

Self-parking is offered in nearby city garages and lots.
